I am Geoffrey and was born , raised in my beautiful country Kenya with wonderful people . I later immigrated to United States in the late 2009 and it has become my second home, a beautiful country with great people. I am also grateful for all the opportunities and blessings this country has accorded me.

So what made me come up with Reduce-weight-digest.com? Well, since I was in high school and by the way that was many years ago, I have always had passion for healthy living which has really shaped my eating habits , weight management and leading a healthy lifestyle. Therefore I thought sharing the knowledge about healthy living with the outside world through my website was the best thing to do.

One of my favourite qoute by Jim Rohn who was an American entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker said "Learning is the beginning of wealth. Learning is the beginning of health. Learning is the beginning of spirituality. Searching and learning is where the miracle process all begins. Jim Rohn" ,and it is my greatest wish that we all learn to take care of our bodies and health, and the issues such as lifestyle diseases, overweight and obesity will not be part of us.
